Sunday January 16, 2022 Swingshift Update

  • 4:30pm Rest period is over. Maureen’s diaper is wet and she had a small, soft bowel movement. We cleaned and put on a new diaper. Transferred Maureen to the day chair using the Hoyer lift and we headed to the front room. Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

  • 5:15pm Dinnertime - Raising Canes chicken, fries, coleslaw, and a cup of water.

  • 6:12pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

  • 6:25pm Oral care, followed by facial wash and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion.

  • 6:40pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is wet - cleaned up, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Tolcylen applied to both big toes. Vicks applied to chest. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her.
