Sunday, January 15, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - As per Tom, Maureen is in and out of sleep. Congested. Tom used suction machine on bedside to help her with phlegm.


8:15AM - Both Tom and Maureen fell back asleep.


8:30AM - Tom woke up, Maureen still sleeping.


9:00AM - Maureen still in and out sleeping. Will give her more time until she's ready to get up.


9:25AM - Maureen was ready to start her day. Washed her upper body with warmed purple wipes. Right breast fold has very light redness, applied thin coat of Nystatin. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed using 3M products.


Headed to kitchen.


9:42AM - Started Nebulizer, 1st with Saline Sol'n. Then, Albuterol.


10:00AM - Administered 1/2tab Levothyroxine with applesauce. Breakfast - omelette, 1/2 banana, 8 oz. prune juice with 1/2 cap MIRALAX, 1 cup lemon water. Coughed 3x, 1 red faced. Sneeze once.


Breakfast was a 'lil bit slower than usual because Maureen's been coughing up phlegm. Tom used the nasal aspirator for her runny nose. Suction machine to help coughed up the phlegm.


10:50AM - Administered the rest of the meds, Lisinopril and Loratadine. 20ml Guafenesin.


11:00AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort. Maureen snoozing at this moment. Decided to skip fruit smoothie since breakfast started and ended late.


11:20AM - Deacon Andy arrived for Sunday service.


11:35AM - Facial and hand care.


11:45AM - Headed Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st Rest Break. Diaper is dry. Rest break starts @11:53AM. Positioned on her right side. Placed 2 wedges on her back and a pillow between her legs.


12:53PM - Rest Break #1 ended. Diaper was dry. Headed to the kitchen for lunch.


1:00PM - Sprayed saline nasal spray into Maureen's nostrils to help moisturize the inside of the nose and to soften the mucus. Tom also used the nasal aspirator to get rid of the mucus.


1:05PM - Lunch - chicken salad, steamed carrots, 12oz coconut water, 1 cup of lemon water.


Maureen able to finish the 2nd cup of water. No coughs. Sneeze once.


1:30PM - Tom cleaned Maureen's inner ears.


1:45PM - Oral Care.


2:00PM - Headed to the bedroom for Rest Break #2. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed with Aloe Vesta, applied Cavilon cream. Rest Break started @2:15PM. Positioned Maureen on her left side, 2 wedges placed on her back, and a pillow in between the legs.


3:15PM - Roberta arrived. Rest Break #2 ended. Diaper was dry. Headed to the front room.


3:30PM - Administered 20ml Guafenesin. Sneeze once.


3:40PM - Maureen snoozing on her recliner right away when Roberta started her procedure.


4:30PM - Maureen still sleeping. Will skip the fruit snack since Maureen was sleeping the whole time while Roberta was doing her massages.


5:00PM - Dinner on her recliner, sesame chicken with noodles, 1 cup water.


5:50PM - Headed to the bedroom for a clean and change. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed using Aloe Vesta, applied Cavilon cream. Heading to the kitchen for some dessert.


6:05PM - Administered Olanzapine with strawberry parfait.


6:10PM - Administered 12ml Vimpat. Then, finished the rest of the strawberry parfait. **Maureen had 4cups of lemon water today.


6:30PM - Oral care.


6:40PM - Washed Maureen's upper body with warm water and Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick's on her back, and chest.


7:00PM - Headed to the bedroom. Diaper was at first dry upon checking. Maureen urinated while we positioned her on her right side. Cleaned and changed using Aloe Vesta, applied Cavilon cream.


Applied Cetaphil cream on both feet. Positioned Maureen on her right side. 2 wedges behind her back and a pillow in between her legs.


7:25PM - Maureen asleep.

O2 - 96%

Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's awake and lying on her R side. Observed moaning and kicking her legs when I arrived however, easily drifts back to sleep when she stops moving and/or feels comfortable. 9:55AM - Cu

 
 
 
Wednesday July 22,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update 7:00 vitals are … Temperature is 97.7° Pulse is 78 BPM Oxygen level is 94% Sleeping soundly 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably. 10:50AM- Maureen is on her left
