Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024 - Swing Shift Update

4:00PM - Maureen looking relaxed on the recliner while massage is going on.

4:45PM - Diaper was dry.

BP: 110/68, P: 73 bpm

5:10PM - Dinner is shrimp, spinach and ham casserole, and had 3/4 cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed her dinner. Coughed 2x, sneezed once.

5:50PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:10PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Transferred Maureen to th bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet with small soft bowel movement. We cleaned thoroughly and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Positioned to face her left side with pillow in between legs, and 2 wedges on her back.

6:55PM - Maureen is sleeping.

T - 97.8

P - 60 bpm

O2 - 96%
