Sunday February 6, 2022 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:30pm Transferred Maureen to the Geri chair using the Hoyer lift. We headed to the kitchen.

• 5:43pm Dinner - pork chops with applesauce, scalloped potatoes, and steamed carrots with a cup of water.

  • Maureen coughed twice.

• 6:14pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

• 6:25pm Oral care.

• 6:35pm Washed Maureen’s face and applied Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands and arms. Vicks applied to chest.

• 6:45pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is wet - cleaned up, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Tolcylen applied to both big toes. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.
