Sunday, Feb. 16, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, eyes still looking sleepy but awake. She had sips of water via swab. No signs of pain or distress observed.

8:35AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - Me and Tom started Maureen's day - washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Red spots on her left arm looking better, applied Hydrocortisone. Diaper was medium wet with small, brownish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her - applier Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, omelette, and 1/4 cup of coffee. Maureen also had 5oz of lemon water. Coughed 3x, used suction machine once to aid her with the phlegm.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:35AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:50AM - Oral care.

10:00AM - Tom's trimming and filing Maureen's finger nails.

10:20AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen stayed awake while sitting on her recliner. She had half a cup of lemon water.

11:15AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the regular Sunday service.

11:30AM - Time for the 1st rest break, we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was clean and dry, we position Maureen to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and headed to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - salmon burger, french fries and fresh tomato. Maureen had red velvet cookie for dessert, and finished her 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:25PM - Oral care.

1:45PM - She had half a cup of water.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with medium soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:05PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got her dressed and proceed to the front room.

3:15PM - Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's massage.

3:45PM - Maureen having her fruit snack (banana, apple and melon).

Total liquid intake - 33oz
