Sunday December 5, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner enjoying her smoothie.

• 5:30pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Maureen’s diaper is wet - we cleaned up and put on a new diaper. We headed to the kitchen after.

• 5:50pm Dinnertime. Maureen will eat a serving of Lemongrass chicken with mashed potatoes and a cup of water.

• 6:46pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry cheesecake yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after followed by facial cleanse and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms.

• 7:10pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Her diaper is slightly wet - cleaned using the 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream to appropriate areas, and put on a new diaper. Tolcylen applied to both right and left big toe and allowed to air dry for at least 10 minutes. Vicks applied to chest. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.
