Sunday December 12, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is relaxing in the recliner.

• 5:27pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Maureen’s diaper is wet - we cleaned up and put on a new diaper.

• 5:50pm Dinnertime. Maureen will eat a bowl of salad with a slice of pizza from Rosati’s. Maureen drank half of a cup of water.

• 6:43pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

• 6:45pm Oral care followed by facial cleanse and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face.

• 6:52pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Applied Tolcylen to right and left big toe and allowed to dry for at least 10 minutes. Cleaned the area around Maureen’s navel using an alcohol pad and applied a layer of Hydrocortisone cream. Maureen’s diaper is wet - cleaned using 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Vicks applied to chest. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.
