Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023 - Daytime Update

• 8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, on her left side when I came in and Tom is on bedside. Tom informed that Maureen woke up around 5am and was awake for an hour. Slept and opened her eyes again around 6:30am and has been sleeping in and out since then.

• 8:40AM - Raised the bed up and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with applesauce.

• 8:55AM - Started Maureen's day by washing her upper body with warmed purple wipes. Red spot on Maureen right underarm looks lighter, applied Nyastatin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

• 9:15AM - Breakfast started with 6oz prune juice, omelette, coffee, and yogurt. Maureen also had half a cup of lemon water. No coughs.

• **No MiraLAX today.

• 9:45AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with yogurt.

• 9:55AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

• **Maureen able to coughed up phlegm.

• 10:05AM - Facial and hand care routine. Applied Carmex on lips.

• 10:20AM - Nebulizer treatment with Saline Sol'n.

• 10:50AM - BP: 115/64, P - 73bpm

• 11:15AM - Deacon Andy came for regular Sunday service. Maureen was awake the whole time.

• 11:25AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. We positioned Maureen to face her right side starting at 11:35am.

• 12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

• 12:45PM - Reclined geri chair due to Maureen was leaning a lil bit forward. Lunch was fruit/oatmeal smoothie, 12oz sparkling water and yogurt. No coughs.

• 1:10PM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch.

• 1:40PM - Maureen sitting comfortably on recliner, silent but awake.

• 1:55PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was dry, positioned Maureen to face her left side starting at 2:05pm.

• 3:00PM - 2nd resr break ended. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed done. Transferred Maureen to the front room. Sister Roberta arrived as well for Maureen's massages.

• 3:45PM - Fruit snack - kiwi, pear and melon.

• 4:55PM - BP: 118/65, P - 68bpm

• 5:05PM - Diaper was very light wet. Dinner was chicken casserole with noodles, peas and brussel sprouts. Maureen finished half a cup of water.

• 5:50PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

• 6:10PM - Oral care.

• 6:25PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed. Right underarms still lightly red, applied Nyastatin powder. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on arms and legs. Positioned Maureen to face her left side, pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on back.
