4:00pm, Maureen was sitting in the recliner, relaxing .

6:05pm, bathroom, medium wet, cleaned and changed pull-ups, no activity in toilet.

6:20pm, dinner, chicken, broccoli, rice, and a full cup of water.

7:15pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with applesauce and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, followed by oral care, cleanup and Sandra’s spa, face, arms, hands and legs were all treated.

7:40pm, getting ready for bed, Vick’s applied to chest, CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes and a little Oxy 10 put on the blemish on her right cheek. Laying on her left side, and asleep by 8:15
