Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024 - Swing Shift

4:20PM - Me and Tom moved Maureen back to the bedroom to change her. She had a medium wet diaper with medium loose bowel movement. Also, noticed a pink stain/spot on the wipes as we clean her vagina from the inside (tried to check 2-3x to make sure) - noticed redness on the surrounding vaginal opening. We cleaned, changed and dressed Maureen then, moved back to the front room.

4:40PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.

5:00PM - Dinner was baked salmon, mashed potato and brussel sprouts. Maureen finished 3/4 cup of lemon water. She ate well and enjoyed her dinner. Coughed once.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:35PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet . We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:55PM - Maureen is sleeping.
