8:00AM - Came in with Maureen calmly sleeping on her left side of the bed.
8:30AM - Maureen slowly waking up, raised her bed after 5mins and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:55AM - Maureen was ready to start her day. We washed her upper body, inner left underarm fold looked better, applied thin layer of Hydrocortisone. Diaper was medium wet, no redness observed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum area, Cavilon cream on diaper folds. Transferred Maureen to the kitchen after we finished dressing her up.
9:20AM - BP: 110/64
Breakfast - Omelette, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX, a cup of lemon water. Maureen finished her 1 cup of lemon water. Sneezed 3x, coughed 2x.
Daily MiraLAX dosage: 1/4 cap
9:50AM - Administered the rest of the medication - 10mg Loratadine and 25mg Metoprolol with apple sauce.
10:00AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch after.
10:15AM - Nebulizer with Saline Sol'n.
10:30AM - Facial and hand care.
11:00AM - Maureen looked sleepy and been closing her eyes in and out while relaxing on her geri chair.
11:20AM - Deacon Andy arrived for Maureen's Sunday service. Maureen looked sleepy but was awake the entire time.
11:35AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st Rest Break. Diaper was dry. Positioned on her right side starting at 11:40AM.
12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was lightly wet. Cleaned and changed. Transferred to the kitchen for lunch.
12:50PM - BP: 129/77
Lunch - Oatmeal and fruit smoothie.
1:15PM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair after for Maureen's comfort. Finished her 2nd cup of lemon water.
**Maureen sitting comfortably in her chair listening to music, not sleeping at all.
2:00PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd Rest Break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Positioned on her left side at 2:10PM.
2:55PM - 2nd rest break ended. Sister Roberta will be coming for Maureen's massages. Diaper was dry. Transferred Maureen to the front room.
3:05PM - Fresh pear and melon fruit snack. Sister Roberta arrived as well.
4:00PM - Maureen enjoying her massage and taking in naps while on recliner.

5:20PM - Dinner was rotissieri chicken and buttered sweet corn, and a cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x. Maureen finished more than half cup of water.
6:10PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.
6:20PM - BP: 117/89
6:30PM - Oral care.
6:45PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was lightly wet. Tried to stimulate Maureen to pee by slightly rubbing lower abdomen however, not able to do so. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion on extremities. Positioned Maureen on her left side, 2 wedges on back and pillow in between her legs.
7:10PM - Maureen is sleeping.
