Sunday, Apr. 23, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Maureen's still in a deep sleep on her left side when I came in with Tom at bedside.

8:30AM - Maureen's still sleeping.

8:40AM - Maureen's awake and seems ready to start the day. Raised the bed, Maureen in upright position - administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce then followed with sips of water after.

Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Washed upper body with warmed purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. No redness on body observed. Applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Arms and legs exercises. Transferred Maureen to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:20AM - Breakfast - Omelette, slices of pear, 12oz prune juice and a cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed breakfast although she's a lil bit sleepy. Coughed 3x, sneeze once.

9:50AM - Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with apple sauce.

**Maureen has runny nose. Sneezing 2 more after breakfast.

10:00AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair after.

10:10AM - Facial and hand care.

10:40AM - Nebulizer treatment as consulted with Tom. 1st with Saline Sol'n then Albuterol. Maureen dozing off on the chair.

11:15AM - Half organic fruit smoothie.

11:35AM - Transferred Maureen to bed for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. Positioned on her right side starting at 11:40AM. Maureen currently closed her eyes and went to sleep.

General Observation: Maureen's been extra sleepy today and quiet most of the time. Tried to give her lemon water during breakfast but been holding and not taking it in. Finished the prune juice, drank half cup of lemon water only.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still dry. Will try to give Maureen more water during lunch time. Transferred her to the kitchen for lunch.

12:55PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, coconut water mixed with water, and a cup of lemon water. Maureen finished her coconut water. Coughed once after meal. Drank half cup of lemon water.

1:20PM - Oral care.

1:30PM - Barb came by to visit Maureen.

2:15PM - Transferred Maureen to bed for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium formed bowel movement. Thoroughly cleaned and changed. Positioned on her left side starting at 2:33PM.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Tranferred Maureen to the recliner in the front room.

3:40PM - Fruit snack. No coughs.

***Maureen enjoyed watching her favorite game show. No more runny nose.

5:10PM - Dinner - chicken limone with spinach, pasta, and a cup of lemon water. Maureen finished the cup of lemon water. She enjoyed the dinner much! No coughs.

6:00PM - Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and Olanzapine with jello. Coughed twice and sneeze once.

6:15PM - Oral care. Maureen coughed twice while doing oral care. One red faced, teary eyed. Sneezed twice.

6:55PM - Transferred Maureen to bed. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Washed upper body with warmed purple wipes. Applied Cetaphil lotion and Vicks on chest. Applied lotion to both legs. Positioned Maureen on her right side. 2 wedges on the back and a pillow in between legs.

7:15PM - Sleeping.
