4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the kitchen.

Carolyn visited her.

4:45 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was s little wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the living room. She was sitting comfortably in the recliner and watching her favorite show.

5:45 pm: She ate watermelon and cantaloupe.

6:40 we headed Maureen to the kitchen.

6:45 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:00 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.3

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 79

8:30 pm: asleep.
