September 28, 2022, Swing Shift

4:00 pm: Ann - Maureen’s nurse was here. Also Carolyn and Brian visited her.

After the nurse left, Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

6:00 pm : We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm : dinner: veggie lasania and califlower with peas, prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner. 7:00 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce and mango cake :)

7:15pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion

Applied Vick’s.

7:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. We applied Cavilon Lotion. Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 81

7:55 pm: asleep.
