4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

Barbara visited Maureen :) 5:55 pm : Me and Barbara headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion. 6:10 dinner: veggie lasania and califlower with peas, prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner. 6:50 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce and mango cake :) Maureen was enjoing . 7:05 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion

Applied Vick’s. 7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. We applied Cavilon Lotion. Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows. Temperature: 97.8 Oxygen: 98 Heart Rate: 79 7:45 pm: asleep.
