4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

Diaper is dry.

5:00 pm: Spagetti squash with tomatos, pepers and onion, 1/5 cup of water with lemon.

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Nystatin Powder.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
