4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her show.

4:15 pm : the nurse visited Maureen

6:00 pm : We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 diner: chicken pasta veggie caserolle prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was enjoing very much.

Maureen was coughing twice during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:05 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:25pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet: changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 78

7:45 pm: asleep.
