4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: parmesan chicken, zuucchini, onion, tomato - prepared by Carolyn and whole cup of water. Maureen enjoyed it very much.

She was coughing only ones during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 116/84, P: 72

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

While changing Maureen peed again - a lot.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 96,8

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 74

Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, comfortably sleeping. 8:25AM - She slightly opened her eyes, receptive swabs of water when offered. 8:35AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep. 9:05AM
