4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching her favorites show.

Diaper is dry.

5:00 pm: Manicotti with Sausage Souce, cup of water with lemon.

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet.

We noticed some of discharge.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
