4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Fish with sweet potatos, asparagus and spinach prepared by Carolyn. Maureen liked it very much 😊

No cough during the dinner.

Mike visited Maureen. He brought cookies, Maureen ate one for desert 😊

5:55 pm : BP: 110/80, P: 80

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 98,4

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 84

7:00 asleep.
