4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Beef Tenderloin with gravy, Baked Potatoes, Carrots and Brussel Sprouts prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was enjoing very much😊

Maureen was coughing ones during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her legs, feet and hands.
