4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner in the living room. Most of the time her eyes were close. We gave her few times some water from the swab.

4:30 pm - 5:30 ,pm: Jill - the social worker visited Maureen. 6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the kitchen for dinner. Tommy brought her favorite pasta from Portillos. She ate very nice. After she finished she felt asleep for about half hour.

7:15 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce. After she took medication she felt asleep again very deep. 7:45 pm: She was still sleeping but we: Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

Oral care. 8:10 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion. Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows. Temperature: 97.5 Oxygen: 94 Heart Rate: 77 8:30 pm: asleep.

We did not have a chance to give her Keppra. She was sleeping very deep.
