Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 Daytime Update

8 00 Maureen was awake, coughing a lot; we used a suction pump to get a lot of phlegm out of her mouth.

8 15 The diaper was dry

8 30 Maureen dozed off, she was exhausted after a whole night of stubborn coughs

9 15 Maureen was awake again. The diaper was light wet, we changed and applied 3M products

9 30 Complete bed bath

9 50 We headed to the kitchen

10 12 An applesauce with a thyroid pill

10 20 Maureen dozed off while sitting in the Geri chair. We let her rest a little bit longer

10 50 Breakfast begins. Soft scrambled eggs, finely chopped watermelon, 6oz of prune juice

11 10 Maureen took another snooze. She was really tired

11 35 Maureen woke up and continued eating her breakfast

11 38 An applesauce with a blood pressure and an allergy pills

11 50 She took another snooze

12 35 We decided to head to the bedroom. The diaper was light wet

12 50 Rest Period 1 began

1 50 We decided to extend Maureen's rest period because she was asleep calmly with rare coughs; we elevated the bed for her convenience

2 40 Rest Period 1 ended. She was a bit more rested, engaged and reacting. The diaper was dry

2 50 We headed to the kitchen

3 00 Finely chopped watermelon, a cup of water, and Fruit Smoothie

3 30 A little break from eating

3 40 Maureen wanted to finish her smoothie

3 55 Oral
