Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023 - Swing Shift Update

4:00PM - Maureen comfortably sitting on the recliner eating her fruit snack. Coughed once.

5:15PM - Dinner was beef and broccoli, and finished a cup of cold ginger tea. No coughs.

5:40PM - BP: 110/70, 64

6:05PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:25PM - Oral care.

6:35PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion on legs and arms. Positioned Maureen to face her left side, placed 2 wedges on her back and pillow in between legs.
