Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's soundly sleeping while on her left side.


8:30AM - She's still sleeping.


9:05AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any distress. Gave her sips of water via swab.


Placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


9:20AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with very small, brownish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the kitchen.


9:40AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Breakfast will be scrambled egg with tomato and onions, pear and 8oz prune juice. She had multiple sneezes, coughed 4x and was able to take out phlegm once.


10:20AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.


10:30AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care followed.


10:50AM - Out for a walk.


11:40AM - Came back from outside. Maureen took 3oz of lemon water.


Transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Placed to face her right side.


12:40PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred Maureen to the front room.


12:50PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, fresh avocado and 11oz of coconut water. Coughed 2x.


1:40PM - Oral care.


2:15PM - Maureen leaned back while on her recliner, energy went down although sleepy but remained awake.


2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face the right side.


3:30PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.


3:40PM - Maureen took 10oz water with electrolyte. Fruit snack followed (banana, apple and melon).


**Total liquid intake - 39 oz
