5:00PM - Maureen's diaper is dry.

Dinner - porkchop with apple sauce on the side, steamed brussel sprouts and 8oz lemon water. Maureen ate very well. Coughed 2x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with small, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Applied cream on her inner thighs. Applied cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with 2 wedges on her back and pillow in between legs.

6:50PM - Maureen's sleeping.

T - 97.7

P - 72 bpm

O2 - 97%
