4:00PM - Maureen's watching her game show.

4:25PM - She took 2oz of lemon water.

4:50PM - Diaper is dry.

5:00PM - Dinner - Spaghetti with italian sausage and parmessan cheese. She finished 8oz of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed the food and well. Coughed once.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:35PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil cream on face, arms and legs. Positioned to face her left side with pillows in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:55PM - Maureen is sleeping.
