Saturday, May 10, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, she looked well-rested and calm while on her left side.


8:30AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 105/58, P: 62


8:40AM - Me and Marie washed her upper

body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and washed her with tepid water and cleanser - no redness around the area. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.


8:50AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had scrambled egg with onion and tomato, banana and 6oz prune juice. No cough.


9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with ape sauce.


9:50AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care routine followed.


10:15AM - We are going out for a walk.


11:10AM - Back at home from a nice walk - sunny and windy outside. Maureen stayed awake and liked it.


11:30AM - She took 2oz of lemon water, and we transferred her to the bedroom after for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.


12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Got her dressed after and transferred to the front room.


12:45PM - Maureen had tuna salad, beets and chicken-veggie soup for lunch. She finished 10oz of coconut water. Coughed 2x.


1:35PM - Oral care.


2:00PM - Maureen is relaxed while on recliner, closed her eyes for a nap.


2:35PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the left side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the front room.


3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen had 5oz of lemon water before the fruit snack.


**Total liquid intake - 33 oz.
