8:00AM - Maureen is on her left side, soundlessly sleeping.
8:35AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any distress or pain. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:50AM - Me and Marie started to wash her upper body with warm purple wipes. Skin is clear from redness. Diaper was dry with very small, brownish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.
9:00AM - Breakfast - scrambled egg with onion and tomato, pear and 8oz of apple cider. Maureen also finished 10 oz of water (flavored with coconut water). Coughed once.

9:45AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.
10:00AM - Oral care.
Facial and hand care routine followed.
10:30AM - Maureen is looking good today, not sleepy at all - very relaxed while listening some Irish music.
11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.
12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen for lunch.
12:40PM - Lunch - southwestern lasagna with chicken, 10 oz of coconut water and chocolate pixie for dessert. Maureen ate well. Coughed 2x.

1:30PM - Oral care
2:00PM - Maureen had 5 oz of lemon water.
2:30PM - It is time for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with a tiny spot of bright red blood - vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.
3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper is clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.
3:45PM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water before fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
