Saturday June 20, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping..

9:50AM- Maureen is awake, she was having some episode jumpy and tremors. We let her calm first then we placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

Maureen finished 6oz of cold thickened water. Coughing with sneezing 3x, suction once

We check the left foot red spot is more lighter. Applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment.

On her right foot color is lighter but has a little bump the same spot.

10:30AM- Morning care. We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser .Diaper was dry, has small VD brownish odorless. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:50AM- Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes, onions and cheese and avocado, finished 8oz thickened Orange juice.

Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce. Coughed3x with sneezing suction once due to phlegm.

11:45AM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

12:30PM- Maureen Cough and sneezing a lot, we gave her Nasal Saline solution.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened sparkling water and 1/2 fruit Yogurt for as fruit snack and a thickened Minestrone Soup.

Cough4x with a lot of sneezing, suction3x

2:00PM-  Neb treatment with Albuterol.

2:15PM-We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry. We position her to face the right side. Cough once and suction once.

Note: Maureen has tiny skin tear on her right elbow due to Diane Accidentally scratched her with her ring while positioning her.

3:15PM-  Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet and has small soft BM, medium VD brownish odorless. We cleaned and change. We dressed Maureen. Me and Maureen went for a walk.

4:10PM- Came back from a walk, stayed at the backyard she had 10oz of thickened coconut water. We move her to the front room.

4:25PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - pasta spaghetti and She finished 10oz thickened flavored sparkling water.

5:45PM- Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry and has  small VD brownish odorless. we cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs . Applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment her left foot red spot. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

Note: We check the left foot red spot is lighter already. Applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment.
