Friday June 19th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, we sat her up in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It. 1 suction

-Morning Care- we changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/medium VD odorless and yellow. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We applied Nystatin above her hairline, looks much better today. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed Maureen for the day, we applied Triamcinolone to her left ankle. Today we washed her hair.

-10:40am we transferred Maureen into the living room. Breakfast is a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi. We gave her 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Maureen finished 8oz.of apple juice w/Thick-It. 4 coughs 2 suction's

-11:30am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Cleaned her eyes & ears

-11:45am Maureen is resting/relaxing listening to music. Alot of coughing & 3 suction's & sneezing alot.

-1:15pm afternoon snack yogurt & soup w/Thick-It. Gave her some Saline spray(1 spray in each nostril) to try to help her, alot of sneezing, coughing & phelm. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It.

-1:55pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment. -2:15pm transferred Maureen into bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was medium wet & a soft large BM. We positioned Maureen on her right side. Alot of sneezing 2 suction's.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, we checked her diaper it was dry & got Maureen dressed to go outside for a walk.

-4:00m back from our walk, Maureen drank 10oz.of lemon water w/Thick-It.

-4:45pm dinner spaghetti. We gave her 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen drank 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It.

-5:45pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet & a soft small BM w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. We dressed Maureen for the night & applied Triamcinolone to her left ankle & positioned her on her left side.
