Saturday, June 14, 2025 - Afternoon Update

4:00PM - Maureen sitting comfortably in the recliner while watching her fave game shows.

4:30PM - Neb treatment with saline.

5:05PM - Dinner - baked salmon and mixed veggies. Maureen had 10oz mixed water and apple juice. Coughed once and sneeze 3x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Me and Joanna transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet with very small, brownish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon barrier cream

in between thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2wedges on the back.

6:45PM - Maureen is already sleeping.
