Saturday June 14, 2025 Daytime update

8:15 Maureen has woken and receptive to some water, via, a mouth swab … she proceeded to close her eyes again.

9:00 Now awake again, the head of the bed is raised and Maureen’s LEVOTHYROXINE is administered with a little applesauce.

9:15 the bed is now lowered and we are changing Maureen from a heavy wet diaper, we noticed a small brownish discharge was on the diaper, but none on Maureen herself. All Cavilon products are applied and we’re getting dressed.

9:45 we are now in transferred to the front room and Marie goes to the kitchen to make a delicious egg, tomato and cheese scramble with some pear on the side, Maureen has 10 ounces of water with apple juice mixed in for flavor and we will go from there.

NO MIRALAX WAS GIVEN TODAY

10:25 Marie performed oral care, followed by saline nebulizer treatment and facial.

11:00AM - Maureen had 5oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - Me and Marie transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, position to face her right side.

**Maureen slept for 40mins while on break.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Got her dressed and moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets and chicken-veggie soup. Maureen had 4oz of coffee frappe and 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed once and sneezed once.

1:35PM - Oral care.

1:45PM - We are on our way out for a walk.

2:30PM - Came back home after a nice 45min walk. Maureen was awake the entire time.

Maureen refused water when we arrived.

2:38PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with small, bloody (bright red) v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the left side.

**We have not observed any facial signs of pain, we will keep on observing her.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (melon, banana and apple). Maureen also finished 10oz of lemon water.

**Total liquid intake - 39oz
