Saturday, June 1 Swing Shift Summary

• 5:00 pm- Maureen is comfortably sitting in the recliner. Diaper is dry.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- Salmon, baked potato, steamed Brussels sprouts, cup of water. She coughed once.

• 5:50 pm- Administered 5 mg of Olanzapine with rice pudding and 12.5 ml of Vimpat.

• 6:00 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied nistatyn powder to the belly button redness and Cavilon cream to the vaginal one, which looks better.. Applied Cetaphil lotion to Maureen's face, hands, arms and feet.
