9:45 Dan and Tina visited

10:00 Maureen had red velvet donut

11:15 Changed(medium wet)

11:30 Exercises

1:00pm, Lunch-ham sandwich , potato salad and water

2:15 Changed(medium wet), formed bowel movement in bed(small)

3:15 Fruit bowl

4:00 Changed( medium wet), very small bowel movement in bed.

Noticed that Maureen’s

right eye slightly infected , red and swoLen
