Saturday July 1st, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in the recliner watching tv.

• 5:00pm Dinner: chicken/pasta/vegetables dish. Maureen enjoyed very much. She finished a full cup of lemon water Only coughed once during meal.

• 6:00pm Evening meds, 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with Greek yogurt.

• 6:20pm Evening oral care.

• 6:35pm Tom and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. No vaginal discharge observed. Cleaned Maureen’s face, hands and applied Vicks to her chest, Cetaphil to her face and extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her Lt side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night
