Saturday, July 12, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping soundly, she's facing her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of pain or distress. Gave her sips of water via swab.

Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, her skin is clear from redness/rashes. Diaper was medium wet, we used tepid water to wash and clean her. We changed Maureen, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:15AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water before breakfast.

She had scrambled egg with tomato & onion, 4oz prune, and 2oz lemon water. Coughed 3x, sneezed once.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline.

10:20AM - We will go out for a walk.

11:15AM - We came back from a nice 55min walk.

Maureen took 6oz of water (mixed with coconut water).

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

12:10PM - Carolyn arrived.

12:35PM - Maureen had a 15min nap. Her 1st rest break ended as well, diaper was still clean and dry. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - mashed cauliflower, pasta with green peas, tomato and veggie. Maureen had chocolate from Dalia and roasted peach from Carolyn for dessert. She took 8oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

2:10PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her and inserted suppository to aid with BM. Position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with extra large formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack time (banana, apple, melon).
