Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen enjoyed her fruit snack. Currently watching her favorite game show.

5:00PM - Diaper was light wet. She drink half cup of lemon water.

Dinner - baked cod, roasted cauliflower and baked apple for dessert. Maureen ate well and had 1/4 cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:30PM - Me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet with very small, white vaginal discharge. We observed a small red mark on her sacrum, no skin tear. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow in between her legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:50PM - Maureen's asleep.

O2 - 97%
