Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake but still sleepy. She's lying on her left side.

8:30AM - She closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

9:05AM - Maureen woke up, we gave her sips of water via swab. 10 mins after, we administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:15AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Red spot/s on right arm is still present, diameter looks wider than yesterday - applied thin layer of Hydrocortisone. Diaper was medium wet, no vaginal discharges present. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:25AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, egg-sausage with cheese mcgriddle sandwich, and 3 oz coffee. Maureen also finished 3/4 cup of water. Coughed 2x.

10:10AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

10:20AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine after.

Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

10:40AM - BP: 100/60, P: 84 bpm

11:00AM - Maureen had a 15-20min nap, hands relaxed and looking comfortable on her chair.

11:35AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break, diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got her dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

1:00PM - Luda came and we celebrated her birthday over lunch together with Carolyn.

Maureen enjoyed her food - salmon burger with french fries, 10 oz of rootbeer and a cappucino cake for dessert. She also had a cup of water. Coughed 3x and multiple sneezes.

2:30PM - Oral care.

2:40PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small, brownish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed, position to face her left side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, proceed to dressed Maureen, and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
