Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, looking calm and comfortable while on her left side. No signs of any pain or distress observed.

8:30AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Marie started to wash her upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no vaginal discharge present. We clean and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

9:05AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, pancake, sausage and hashbrown. Maureen had pear and 1/2 cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch after for comfort.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:05AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen had a 20min nap on chair, hands relaxed. She had 1/4 cup of lemon water when she opened her eyes.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position to face her right side.

12:35PM - Maureen's still dry. We got her up and dressed. Transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - BP: 105/60, P: 65bpm

**Reclined geri chair one notch before

Lunch was tuna salad, fresh tomato and zucchini soup. Maureen had one cup of sparkling water and half a cup of lemon water. She coughed once and sneezed 2x.

**Maureen's nose has been runny since this morning.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed. Inserted suppository to aid with BM. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with extra large formed BM. We cleaned and changed Maureen, got her dressed after and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen had 3/4 cup of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (banana, apple and melon).

4:55PM - Maureen finished the rest of her water (1/4 cup).
