4:30PM - Maureen enjoyed her fruit snack.

5:10PM - Dinner - sloppy joes, potato salad and 10 oz water with electrolytes. Maureen sneezed 3x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Me and Joanna transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was lightly wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs, and 2 wedges on the back.

6:50PM - Maureen's sleeping.
