Saturday August 12, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s in the recliner having her fruit snack and watching tv.

• 4:35pm Blood pressure is 146/89.

• 5:00pm Carolyn visited and brought Maureen dinner.

• 5:10pm Dinner: Chicken lemon with potatoes and spinach, a cup of lemon water. Coughed three times .

• 6:00pm Evening meds, 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned a heavy wet diaper with a very small-soft BM and applied Cavilon cream. Washed Maureen’s face and hands; applied Vicks to her chest and Cetaphil to her face, red spots and extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her Lt side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.1, Pulse: 58, O2: 97.
