Saturday, April 20 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen barely opens her eyes from time to time, but goes back to sleep.

• 8:25 am- Maureen is awake now. We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:30 am- We started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath. There was no redness observed. Diaper was dry. Marie and I changed it and applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed Maureen and proceeded with washing her hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 8:50 am- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 8:55 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie, 8 oz of prune juice, couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 9:30 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with yogurt.

• 9:35 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down for her comfort.

• 9:40 am- Facial routine.

• 9:50 am- We transferred Maureen to the living room, she watched some TV .

• 11:20 am - Headed to the bedroom for Maureen's first rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:35 am.

• 12:35 pm- Maureen's first rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:50 pm- Lunch- Chicken and onion soup, shrimp salad, sweet potatoes, cup of sparkling water, couple of spoons of yogurt, half of chocolate chips cookie for dessert. Maureen coughed once.

• 1:30 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 1:35 pm- BP- 110/70

• 1:50 pm- Maureen is snoozing in the chair.

• 2:25 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:35 pm.

• 3:35 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:50 pm- Maureen is enjoying her fresh fruit snack (watermelon, kiwi and pear) in the company of Tom and Tommy.
