Saturday April,18,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab No signs of pain or any distress.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of cold thickened water. Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:00AM - Morning care. We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser .Diaper was dry, Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:35AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, and kiwi, finished 4oz of thickened orange Juice and 8 oz thickened prune juice  with 3/4 cap Miralax.

Maureen ate well. Coughed once suction

11:20AM - Oral care

11:25AM - Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM-  Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had melon for as fruit snack. Coughed2x. Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and Large soft BM We cleaned and changed,we position her to face the right side.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water. Cough once suction.

4:10- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:15PM- diaper checked. medium wet and  Large soft BM. We transfer to her bedroom, cleaned and changed. back to the front room.

4:30PM - Dinner - Lemon chicken with mashed potato and Brussels sprouts . Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened coconut water. No cough

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry with lage VD cloudy odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
