Saturday April 11,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM- Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress. No cough

10:25AM We placed Maureen in an upright position then She coughs once and suction before giving her meds and water . Administered  75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water with thickener.

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:40AM-Morning care,  We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry has medium VD cloudy odorless .We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:50AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions and kiwi, finished 8 oz thickened prune juice with   one cap Miralax . Maureen ate well. Cough2x suction

11:30AM- Oral care.

11:35AM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:00 - Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz coconut water with thickener, had melon for as fruit snack. Coughed2x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet , We cleaned and change her. We position her to face the right side.

3:25 PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen had 10oz of coconut water with thickener.

4:00PN- Neb treatment with albuterol.

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Gyros with tomatoes and fries with tzatziki sauce from Nick’s. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz sparkling water with thickener . coughed suction.

**Gave us a few smiles today.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Geri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
