4:00PM - Maureen's enjoying the treatment.

4:50PM - Maureen had 3 oz of lemon water.

5:00PM - Dinner - bowtie pasta and 7oz lemon water. Maureen coughed 2x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Redness on labia is almost non visible. Applied Calazinc. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on arms, legs and face. Position Maureen to face her left side with 2 wedges on her back.

6:55PM - Maureen is sleeping.
