4:00 Maureen has finished her fresh fruit snack and enjoying some game shows, having some lemon water at times.

4:45 time for her 2nd saline nebulizer treatment

5:00 Luda arrives to assist with dinner and bedtime activities. I warmed up some veggie lasagna, Maureen is enjoying her dinner very much. Maureen consumed another 8 ounces of peach flavored water with dinner.

6:00 dinner is done, we will wait a bit for meds.

6:10 12.5ml VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE are administered with applesauce, no coughing during dinner service or meds.

6:20 I am performing oral care and Luda is going to do cleanup for Maureen.

6:35 we transferred to the bedroom, then to bed … we cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper w/ a very small formed BM.

Cavilon lotion applied to rear end and front folds at top of the legs, no redness or skin marks were visible.
