Saturday 6-15-24 Swingshift summary

4:00pm Maureen was finishing up her fresh fruit snack that Merianne prepared. Sitting comfortably in her recliner, she was enjoying her game shows.

5:00pm Carolyn arrived with a celebratory dinner in honor of Marie‘s birthday later in the week, chicken Limon with potatoes and spinach, which we all enjoyed very much. That was followed by a delicious chocolate mousse cake, what a treat we had!

6:15pm 12.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE were administered with some applesauce, followed by oral care at 6:30.

6:40pm Marie and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom, where we performed a clean and change of a medium wet diaper, Cavilon lotion was applied, and a fresh T-shirt was put on.
