Maureen was comfortably sleeping at 8:30, & 9:00, started rustling around 9:10.

9:15 we raised the bed to administer the thyroid medication with a couple spoons of applesauce.

9:30 the bed is lowered down and we proceeded to start our day.

Marie washed Maureen, we changed a dry diaper … no discharge was present. Cavilon barrier cream was applied to the appropriate areas and a little bit of the zinc was applied to Maureen’s front area that was reddish … the back looked good.

10:00 After getting dressed, we transferred to the front room and had a little applesauce with the LORATADINE pill.

Breakfast is served, a waffle with blueberry jam, some pear, 8 ounces of prune juice and 10 ounces of water … NO MIRALAX.

11:00 Marie is performing oral care while Maureen is relaxing in the recliner.
