Tuesday May 5, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress.

9:40AM-We placed Maureen in an upright position the. Give her Neb treatment with albuterol.

administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water

10:00AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with  medium VD cloudy odorless , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

We Shampoo and wash Maureen hair today. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM-  Breakfast- scrambled egg with onions and tomatoes and kiwi, finished 8oz thickened prune juice Maureen ate well.

Coughed once suction

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

11:20AM-Oral care

11:25AM- Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had melon for as fruit snack. Cough once suction

2:00PM- Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we  cleaned and changed. We position her to face the right side.

3:00PM- Podiatrist came for her tone nails.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and change. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3: 45PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water.

4:15PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - chicken taco. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. Cough once no suction

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PM- Oral care.

5:50PM - We transferred to the bedroom and performed a clean and change from a LARGE FORMED BM and a heavy wet diaper. After Maureen was cleaned very well, Cavilon lotion was applied to appropriate areas and fresh diaper secured, Cetaphil lotion was applied to face, arms, hands, legs and feet.
